Flexible Benefit Management System
eBenefit is an online flexi-benefit management system that enables organizations to set up different benefit policies, benefit types and entitlements. The user will be able to apply for these benefits online and track their balances.
Flexibility in setting benefit policy
Benefit Entitlements can be set based on either of the choices below:
- Fixed amount for all employees
- Based on grade
- Based on length of service
- Based on grade and length of service
Flexibility in setting up different benefit types and the cap for each type:
Benefit types can have a set cap per claim and cap per year applied or can have no cap at all.
