Singapore-headquartered justLogin, an
ASP offering office-related collaborative applications, has announced that AT&T Asia Pacific will be rolling out its
electronic leave system to the AT&T Asia Pacific Japan office by March this
year, following successful deployments in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices
recently.
Said Amelia Chan, HR director, for AT&T Asia Pacific's Remuneration &
HRIS division, "We are impressed with justLogin's electronic leave system, and
even at this early stage, we are beginning to experience costs savings and
increased productivity in our human resources function.
"Our intention is to enhance the HR capability and operational efficiency of
our offices across 13 countries, and going electronic with our leave system is a
starting point. In fact, it is our strategic intent to engage justLogin's
services further, in developing and implementing other Web-based employee
self-service processes."
To ensure efficient and effective operations of the integrated solutions,
AT&T Asia Pacific and justLogin will carry out a phased implementation for
AT&T Asia Pacific offices in the 13 countries in which it operates.
According to justLogin, apart from Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, other
countries in the rollout pipeline include India, China and Korea.
Adds Kwa Kim Chiong, founder and chief executive officer of justLogin, "To
have AT&T as one of our key customers is a strong endorsement of the
strength of our offerings. It is also a push for companies to leverage on
technology to help improve their businesses and productivity."
justLogin also announced that it will offer its suite of employee
self-service applications to business and organizations in the region via direct
sales and co-branding efforts with ISPs.
"Partnering the ISPs will allow us to leverage on their existing networks to
extend our reach to the small and medium enterprises in the region," Kwa said.
"This complements our direct sales approach, which focuses on serving the
multi-faceted needs of the medium and large enterprises."
