Despite the vast time-saving and revenue-generating potential of the Internet today, many companies are still caught in unproductive and inefficient workflows. JustLogin may just have the solution to address and resolve this perennial issue.
Repetitive information processing and maintenance in any company costs time and money that can be better spent on achieving important business objectives. This is particularly true for human resource departments, where staff typically spend long hours maintaining leave records, meeting schedules, and internal information.
JustLogin, an ASP that hosts collaborative applications on the Internet, seeks to solve this problem. Founded by Kwa Kim Chiong in February last year, the company targets its solutions at mid-sized to large companies.
The company's suite of applications meets wide range of corporate needs. For instance, with eLeave, leave applications can be made and approved online. The program also substitutes physical leave records. As another example, eForm replaces numerous physical forms in the office. With eForm, you can process expenditure claims, and the program calculates the total figures every month for you.
The company's solutions have several advantages:
- Because the applications are hosted on the Internet, businesses do not need to invest in costly hardware and software to run the programs. Implementation is also almost immediate;
- Complicated maintenance is not necessary. The applications are fuss-free, with maintenance and upgrading becoming JustLogin's responsibility;
- Users can test the programs before signing on the dotted line; and
- Users can assess the solutions anytime and anywhere.
JustLogin's clients are already enjoying these benefits. Many users such as SES, AT&T Asia-Pacific and CCH Asia, have attested to higher cost savings, increased productivity, enhanced efficiency, and faster communication (See box story on SES case study). By delivering these benefits over the long term, the company is giving its customers a "smarter way to work". Incidentally,
that's the tagline of the company.
