Justlogin software redesigned for visually handicapped Local application service provider (ASP) JustLogin has redesigned its office collaborative applications to meet the needs of the visually handicapped, aided by a software called "Window Eyes"."Window Eyes" converts text to speech at a much faster speed than the average speaking voice. But without redesigning the application, visually handicapped people would not have been able to use the application, as "Window Eyes" cannot convert graphics to speech and that leaves a "blind" spot, said JustLogin. At the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), the JustLogin eLeave and eAdmin applications enable administrators to add or delete users and to upload new employee data. The two applications are from a suite of 13 office collaborative applications from JustLogin. AVH is one of over 30 Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) that have subscribed to Justlogin's ASP services, tapping on the VWO Capability Fund (VCF) administered by the National Council of Social Services. The JustLogin portal is at http://www.justlogin.com
