eFolder is a document management application that allows users to organize and share their documents via the Internet in a secure mode. Two web-based features available in the application are Individual Document Sharing and Work Group Document Sharing which seek to give greater convenience and mobility for today's knowledge worker.

Users can create their own personal folders to store their documents on the Internet. This feature allows them to access their documents from anywhere and at anytime via the Internet. Others that have been granted access to these documents can also view them at leisure. Users can also create a work group within the company to share a particular folder. Members of this work group will be able to view and add documents to be shared among them, enhancing workflow. Documents can also be placed in public folders where everyone within the company can view them.
