1. Collection and Use of Information
JustLogin collects both personally identifiable ("Personal
Information") and anonymous information from its Subscribing Organizations
and their Members during the registration process, when Subscribing
Organizations or Members report a problem or question with our site or
Services, or when Subscribing Organizations or Members respond to one of our
surveys.
JustLogin maintains a database of Subscribing Organization and Member Personal
Information and other information that is used only for its own internal
purposes. The information we collect and the ways in which we use this
information include:

IP Address: JustLogin uses Members' IP addresses to help diagnose problems with
our server, to administer our Website and Subscribing Organizations' hosted
intranet sites (the "Subscribing Organization Sites"), and to provide
technical support. JustLogin also tracks pages requested by the user.

Contact Information: We use a Subscribing Organization's and its Members' names,
addresses, email addresses and other information about the business from the
registration form. We use the contact information we collect to send the
Subscribing Organization and its Members in ation about our company, updates
regarding our services via our newsletter, and to contact the Subscribing
Organization and its Members when necessary such as issues regarding their

Unique Identifiers: We collect unique identifiers (such as login ID's and
passwords) to verify the Subscribing Organization's and its Members' identity
and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Demographic Information: We compile demographic information and profile data
(such as zip code, industry, and organization size) in order to customize
Subscribing Organizations' and its Members' experiences at our site, to exhibit
content, to develop applications, Premium Services and other services that are
useful to our Subscribing Organizations and Members, to offer products and
services in which our Subscribing Organizations and Members might be
interested, to improve our Services and to display the content according to
Subscribing Organizations' and Members' individual preferences.

Cookies: In order to offer our Subscribing Organizations and Members our
customizable and personalized service and to better respond to any problems
Subscribing Organizations and Members may experience, JustLogin uses
"cookies". Our partners, sponsors and content providers may also use
their own cookies and we do not have access or control over the information
contained within these cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent
to a Member's browser from a web server and stored on the computer's hard drive
for record-keeping purposes. The JustLogin cookies do not personally identify
Members, but they do identify a Member's computer. We use a cookie to record
Members' preferences only during the time that the Member's browser is open. We
do not store any other information in the cookie. If a Member's browser does
not accept cookies, the Member cannot use the Services.
2. Distribution of Information
JustLogin does not sell or rent a Subscribing Organization's or Member's
Personal Information to anyone. We will not release a Subscribing
Organization's or Member's name, e-mail address or other Personal Information
to any other party except with the Subscribing Organization's or Member's
explicit permission or under special circumstances, such as those described
below. We will not access the information stored on the Subscribing
Organization Sites (the "Site Information") except at the request of
the Subscribing Organization or under special circumstances, such as those
described below. If a Subscribing Organization or Member is asked for Personal
Information, the Subscribing Organization or Member is providing that
Information only to JustLogin.
JustLogin may partner with other companies to provide special services,
products, discounts or other information that will benefit our Subscribing
Organizations and their Members.., The free features of our Services are funded
by our sponsors and advertisers. We use requested demographic information from
Subscribing Organizations and Members to help us attract sponsors, advertisers
and partners and to offer the most useful products, services and information.
However, the demographic information will be distributed to these sponsors,
advertisers, partners and any other third parties only in aggregate form unless
the Subscribing Organization or Member is specifically notified to the contrary
and given an opportunity to elect not to transmit personally identifiable
information or receive such special service, product, discount or other
information.
Personal Information that a Subscribing Organization or Member chooses to
transmit or allow to be transferred to another party will be subject to the
privacy policies of that party. It is not covered by this privacy statement and
JustLogin has no responsibility or liability for such independent policies.
When the user goes to some of these linked sites they may still see the
Justlogin framing around the page, however the user is actually on another web
site and are subject to the privacy policy of that site.
JustLogin may disclose Personal Information or Site Information in special cases
if (a) it is required to do so by law or comply with legal process served on
JustLogin or this site, or (b) we have a good faith reason to believe that
disclosing such Information is necessary or appropriate in order to (i)
identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing or
threatening to violate JustLogin's or this website's policies or to cause
injury to or interference with the Services or JustLogin's or its Subscribing
Organizations', Members' or any third party's rights or property, (ii) protect
and defend the Services, or JustLogin's, its Subscribing Organizations',
Members' or this website's rights or property, or (iii) act under exigent
circumstances to protect the safety of the Services, or of JustLogin's
Subscribing Organizations, Members, this website or the public. In the event of
any planned disclosure of Site Information from a Subscribing Organization Site
as described in clause (b) which results from a circumstance that JustLogin
believes in good faith is not caused by such Subscribing Organization, any such
disclosure shall occur only after prior notice to the Subscribing Organization
and upon terms and conditions that will safeguard the Subscribing
Organization's confidential information to the extent reasonably feasible.
3. Sharing of Information
As a general rule, JustLogin will not disclose any of its Subscribing
Organizations' or Members' account information except when we have their
permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good
faith that the law requires it. Please see the Terms of Service for each of our
products and services for more detailed information about how Subscribing
Organization and Member account information may be shared. The following
describes some of the ways that Subscribing Organization's and Member's
information may be disclosed.
Third Party Data & Data in the Aggregate: JustLogin discloses aggregated
user statistics (for example, 45% of our users are female) in order to describe
our services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and
for other lawful purposes.
4. Security on Information
Subscribing Organization's and Member's JustLogin information and JustLogin
profile are password-protected so that only they have access to this
identifiable information. Subscribing Organizations and Members may edit their
JustLogin information and JustLogin profile by using their JustLogin ID and
password.
We recommend that Subscribing Organizations and Members do not divulge their
password to anyone. JustLogin will never ask Subscribing Organizations or
Members for their password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited
email. It is the responsibility of Subscribing Organizations or Members to sign
out of JustLogin account and close their browser window when they have finished
their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access Subscribing
Organizations and Members account information and correspondence if they share
a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a
library or Internet cafe.
As a global company JustLogin has users all over the world. When Subscribing
Organizations and Members give JustLogin identifiable information, this
information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where
Subscribing Organizations and Members originally entered the information, such
as to the United States or other countries. In addition, this information may
be used, stored and processed outside of the country where Subscribing
Organizations and Members entered this information. Whenever JustLogin handles
identifiable information as described above, regardless of where this occurs,
JustLogin takes steps to ensure that their information is treated securely and
in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be
100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect Subscribing Organizations
and Members information, JustLogin cannot ensure or warrant the security of any
information Subscribing Organizations and Members transmit to us or from our
online products or services, and they do so at their own risk. Once we receive
Subscribing Organizations' and Members' transmission, we make our best effort
to ensure its security on our systems. We have taken measures to protect user
information once it is received by the site, including but not limited to the
following: limited access by employees, servers and data stored in a secured
location, security software where appropriate and cost effective.
5. Choices Concerning Collection and Use of Information
Except for Personal Information that must be provided in order for JustLogin to
provide the Services, Subscribing Organizations and Members may elect (a) to
remove their Personal Information from the Subscribing Organization's site and
our databases, or (b) to cancel the Site registration. In all cases,
Subscribing Organizations and Members can notify us of their election by using
their login ID and password and sending an email to

If a Subscribing Organization cancels its Site registration, all the Personal
Information of the Subscribing Organization and its Members will be removed
from our databases (other than in aggregate form or as necessary to maintain
our administrative records), and the Subscribing Organization's Site
Information will be removed from our servers.
