2009 Junior Holiday Elementary Weiqi Camp

According to research done in Korea, China and Japan, learning weiqi at a young age helps children cultivate creativity, improve their attention span and strategic thinking skills.

Many of our students achieved outstanding results in their PSLE  and enrolled into schools such as Hwa Chong Institution, Raffles Institution, Nanhua High School, etc. The outstanding students are also exposed to international competitions held in Japan, China and Korea at a young age.

Weiqi has also become one of the sports at the 2010 Asia Games to be held in Guangzhou for the first time in history.

We will be conducting elementary weiqi camp for the Primary and Secondary students in the coming school holidays. These programs comprise a total of 12 sessions. After completing the 12 sessions the student can be promoted to our Intermediate Weiqi classes in the new semester.
