How
Does It Work?
In eForm, all
the user needs to do is to click and select the
form he needs. The interface for all the forms
is intuitive, similar to
the physical forms
that your company could be using now.
After
submitting,
the form will be
routed electronically to the approving officer
(AO). Email notification will be sent to remind
the AO. Upon approval, email notification will
also be sent to inform the applicant.
The form
history and approval history are
retained, and
you need not worry
about keeping or losing your forms.
What's more, the employees are able to
check the status of the approval by viewing the
audit history.
