implementing it, the course of action is processed online and recorded.
The staff member can use this ideas management software at any time to know the
status of his suggestion, whether it's still under review, being kept in view
until a later date, or rejected, etc. Users may also view the record of all suggestions made, participation ratios, rates of implementation, actual savings made and
other statistics.
